I'm very sorry to say that I now won't be participating in the Manchester run on Sunday - whilst I was training for the run I injured my leg which has now put me out of the running. It's a huge shame as I was looking forward to giving some of the pro's a run for their money! Please don't worry, it's nothing too serious - I've just been told to rest it and I'm getting through lots of ice packs!
I'm still going to be working on the album - I can't wait for you all to hear it.
